Our Services
Emergency Response Team
Deltacon Security is rated number one in Emergency Security Response. Our Dispatch/Operation Command Center is manned 24/7, so you are guaranteed real-time response all year round.
Be it for an alarm response, retail break-in, exit and entry point security, crowd management, traffic control, fire watch, responding to disasters or any other situation, our Rapid Response team will be there to protect lives, properties, and infrastructures.
Most of our Response Officers also volunteer with FEMA Community Emergency Response Teams where they hone their skills in disaster preparedness for hazards that may impact their area and train in disaster response skills, such as fire safety, light search and rescue, team organization, and disaster medical operations

Fire Watch and Safety Guards
Our certified Firewatch Officers protect you and your properties 24/7 and you are guaranteed that services are provided in compliance with OSHA and NFPA requirements - OSHA 29 CFR § 1915.504 - Fire watches., NFPA 101-3.3.91.
On location, our staff also adheres to the NPFAs 601 - Standard for Security Services in Fire Loss Prevention, the local Fire Marshall rules, and our client’s specific fire watch needs.
NFPA 101-9.6.1.6* states that - Where a required fire alarm or a sprinkler system is out of service for more than 4 hours in a 24-hour period, the authority having jurisdiction shall be notified, and the building shall be evacuated, or an approved fire watch shall be provided for all parties left unprotected by the shutdown until the fire alarm system has been returned to service.
Our Firewatch Team is on call 24/7 and can respond to fire watch requests in an emergency. They monitor hot work at construction sites, (IFC (3304.5.2) permits fire watchers to simultaneously perform security duties on construction sites).
They conduct a patrol on private properties, commercial and governmental facilities, and special events for potential fire hazards, smoke, fire, flooding, and water main breaks, and respond to fire alarms.
They are the best trained in the industry. Our Fire Watch guards shall be visibly distinguishable from patrons and facility and event employees.
Dedicated and Intermittent Mobile Patrols
We provide dedicated and intermittent mobile patrol services with bicycles, trikes, golf carts, marked and unmarked vehicles, and surveillance drones for remote locations.
Every one of our mobile patrol guards carries a valid driver’s license and they receive additional training including Emergency Vehicle Operations Course (EVOC). Our security professionals are of the highest caliber.
Non-Commissioned, Unarmed Guards (Level II Officers)
Our unarmed (non-commissioned) security guards are security professionals of the highest caliber. They undergo a rigorous regimen of training and selection, our training curriculum and regimen is far above the industry standards, both at the state and federal levels.

Commissioned, Armed Guards (Level III Officers)
Our armed (commissioned) security guards are the best at what they do. Not only did they undergo a rigorous regimen of training and selection, but they also learned from other specialized entities for industry-specific training.
Our Commissioned Officers are also eligible and trained to carry pepper spray, batons, tasers, and stun guns.
Personal Protection Officers (PPO - Level IV Officers)
Our Personal Protection Officers (PPOs) are commonly referred to as Personal Security Officers or Bodyguards. They perform a range of functions aimed at protecting individuals or clients from potential threats, harm, or unwanted attention.

Detention and Correctional Security Officer Services
We maintain a network of current and former correctional officers who presently work or have worked at various correctional settings including federal, state, and county levels.
In addition to the required training at their institution’s correctional academies, our Correctional Security Officers are also Texas DPS-licensed noncommissioned and commissioned security officers. They are licensed and provided with continuing education training at our academies.

Off-Duty Police Services
Our cadre of national and local off-duty police and former and retired law enforcement officers are the best in the industry. They bring their wide range of experience and expansive training regimen to augment your security apparatus.
Our large pool of off-duty law enforcement personnel that can be deployed anywhere on short notice and provide services at different sites and settings including:
Distribution centers, Chain retail stores, Construction sites, Financial and educational institutions, Hospitals, Stadiums, Hotels, Resorts, Conventions centers Government facilities, Critical infrastructures, Manufacturing plants. Office buildings, Multi-unit housing complexes.

We maintain a $4 million umbrella general liability and automotive liability for hired automobiles and non-owned automobiles. All our off-duty officers are covered under a $1,000,000 workers compensation policy.
Deltacon Mobile Training Team (DMTT)
Our mobile training team is comprised of U.S. war veterans, retired and off-duty law-enforcement officers, former corrections officers, former Asset Protection Managers, and ASIS CPP certified Security professionals.
